I am so angry about those poor police dogs that were left outside the police station locked in their handlers vehicle whilst he was inside in the cool air . They died as a result of his actions ( or lack of ) , and the police authority has said that he hasn't been suspended .
Although the RSPCA are investigating the matter .
The words Highly trained police officer springs to mind , and responsible person .

I see the police have given up the search for the remains of 12 year old Keith Bennett after 45 years although the case will never be closed. His poor mother hasn't known a moment's peace since he was abducted and killed when she was 30. (She's 75) All she wants to do is give her son a decent burial before she dies but Ian Brady still refuses to talk.

After all these years, he still has the power to make someone suffer.

Surely he could be hypnotised or given ...

Lloyds Bank own the Cheltenham and Gloucester Building Society and when I went in around Christmas time, they said some branches would be closing and the staff didn't know how safe their jobs were. I went in again a couple of weeks ago and they told me all C&G offices were closing and I'd be able to make any transactions at Lloyds Bank. They were all losing their jobs (1660 nationwide) but were told they could apply for posts at Lloyds ...
